Snowy 2.0 Careers Centre

Snowy 2.0 is an exciting project that will see significant employment in the Snowy Mountains region for up to six years.

Future Generation is a joint venture created specifically to build Snowy 2.0 on behalf of Snowy Hydro Limited. We bring the combined engineering expertise of three companies – Italy’s Salini Impregilo, Australian-based Clough and US-based Lane Construction. Our teams pair local expertise with global experience.

Future Generation is now recruiting for a range of positions and skill levels for the delivery of the project and to support the workforce. Employment and recruitment will be a staged process, ongoing throughout the project.

These positions may range from labourers and trades, plant operators, construction engineers, among many more. When possible, Future Generation is filling a number of these roles with local candidates as part of our commitment to support our local communities.

We are committed to working collaboratively with all communities including local Indigenous people in providing employment and training opportunities.
